    Root Dip comes as a powder, mixes with water to make “SLOP”, a gel to dip
    seedling roots into prior to planting. It keeps roots moist until planted, then draws
    moisture back to the roots at dry times. We wouldn’t plant or transplant without it.
    One pound will treat 5-7000 seedlings or 2-3000 transplants.

   Root Dip - Ecto is formulated to inoculate bare-root stock prior to planting or shipping.               
   The formulation contains a diverse blend of five species of healthy viable ectomycorrhizal propagules
   that are adapted to a wide range of plants and habitat conditions. This formulation will provide
   newly planted stock with an improved growing environment.
   Each 3 oz. Package will make 1 gallon of slop; one gallon will treat 100+ seedlings.

   The “TRAINER” is used to establish a new leader or central terminal where this is lacking.
   The “TRAINER” gets away from the old stick and string method. It is not only a tree saver,
   but also a time saver. The “TREE-TRAINER” is formed from Bright Basic Steel Wire. It can be
   used any time during the year, preferably during shearing season. Simply slip the “TRAINER”
   down through the top whorl, select a lateral, and place it in the two upper loops and the job is done!
