The Black Hills Spruce Seedling, 2 years old, measures 4 to 8 inches from the soil line to the top of the plant. Shipped bare-root, they are packed in moist packaging material to insure moisture content.

Normal shipping seasons for Seedlings and Transplants are:
Spring: March 15th - May 15th;
Fall: September 15th - October 15th.
